Horses are one of nature’s best most interesting animals. Observation of their behaviour can be used to improve human relationships on many social levels.

We offer you the opportunity to learn about the social structures that exist in a herd of horses, how they reflect our own behaviour, and how we can learn from their non- verbal communication.

This is a one day program aimed at small groups of 8 to 12 people as a hands-on introduction to incentive training techniques using horses.

This is a marvellous first time experience to learn how a horse behaves, reacts and thinks through direct contact:
.
Approach techniques (grooming, touching)

.
Leading the horse (application of equine leadership techniques)

.
Using equine body language to attain voluntary cooperation from the horse

Our work with horses incorporates both basic and sophisticated coaching principles, giving the participant the opportunity to address challenges and issues which are relevant both at home and in the workplace.

Problem-solving and creative participation are key points in our technique.

Our Methodology:

This is a learning process which involves horses as a means to facilitate insight into our own behaviour and progress, one which provides us with constant, rapid, and enjoyable feedback when dealing with communication, behaviour and leadership issues.
